• Each scroll is balanced

Jaws
• Made of fine alloy steel

Teeth and Guides
• Hardened and fully ground on both sides

Pinions
• Hardened and ground fine alloy steel

Bushings
• Made of fine alloy steel
• Hardened and ground, then pressed into the pinion seats

Precision grinding of scroll plate and jaw teeth allows you to:
• Eliminate the possibility of deformation as a result of heat treatment
• Reach uniform radial gripping force on all teeth of jaws
• Increase guarantee period for high centering accuracy
• Increase the gripping force
• Each chuck is provided with a lubricator enabling current maintenance, and extending the life of chuck components
• Each scroll chuck is assembled and statically balanced to high tolerance levels
• Interstage and final inspections assure high quality
